It still has not been found what caused the unfortunate lose of my site beginning June 27th and going through Jul4. I am still working with my host, iPower, but I doubt anything will be resolved. In the meantime I have done some preventive maintenance issues in hopes to stem the attacks. Thankfully none of the 10 years of data was lose. I have all the files backed up locally and remotely, on the host.
I have decided to look at Wordpress closer. Outside of some formatting issues (look and feel of T6F), I like what they offer. I have started to port all the previous posts over to Wordpress. When I am completed I will move all that data to iPower and continue to have the site hosted there
It is a considerable amount to work and will take a long time to accomplish, but I have some down time at work will provide me the chance I need to get all the material ported over. I will most likely be making all my old shoutcasts available as well. I happened upon my old casts by mistake on an archived hard drive and spent the better part of my time at work listening to some of my material and having a good laugh with Chad aka Blankz, from back in the day.
So I appreciate the continued support since January 30, 1999 when I made my first website and went online as Oswald's 6th Floor.
