This is a collection of whole food, plant based recipes I have collected from various sources. Usually I will cite the ‘source’ and mention any modifications. These recipes will contain very little (if any) fat, use no oil (even if the recipe call for it) and can be prepared and cook very quickly. This collection will increase as I add more and more recipes that I enjoy to eat.

Note: Recipes denoted by ** are not McDougall friendly and contain oil, meat and/or dairy products. I have yet to try to make some of these dishes with substitutes to comply with how I want to eat.
